چکیده
Current advancements in waterborne autonomous systems, together with the development of cloud-based service-oriented architectures and recent availability low-cost underwater acoustic modems long-range above-water wireless devices, enable new applications to support ships port activities. Autonomous surface vehicles can, for instance, be used perform bathymetry environmental data collection tasks ensure under keel clearance monitor quality water. Similarly, remotely operated can deployed inspect ship hulls typical infrastructure elements, such as quay sheet pilling walls. In this article, we present complete system small-scale demonstrations Robotic Vessels as-a-Service project, which introduces an on-demand service-based cloud that dispatches unmanned capable performing required service either autonomously or piloted. These vessels are able interact sensors shore station through integrated network. The developed has been validated sea trials showcased sensor use case. results test presented article provide a proof concept design indicate its technical feasibility. It also shows need further developments mature technology allowing robotic maritime assistance services real operational scenarios.

15 صفحه اولAn Approach to Shared Infrastructure in Islamic-Iranian Architecture (Evidence-Based Design for Architecture Façades of the Qajar Period)
Given the changes that have taken place in recent centuries, many changes have occurred in the facade and its elements, and has caused turbulence in the visual appearance of buildings. However, throughout the history of the late Qajar and early period of the first Pahlavi era, architectural styles have been the continuation and complement of previous styles. In the history of Iranian architectu...
متن کاملA Scalable Communication Architecture for Advanced Metering Infrastructure
Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), seen as foundation for overall grid modernization, is an integration of many technologies that provides an intelligent connection between consumers and system operators [ami 2008]. One of the biggest challenge that AMI faces is to scalable collect and manage a huge amount of data from a large number of customers. In our paper, we address this challenge by...
